In an effort to reduce the number of unwanted litters, Homeward Bound WV provides FREE Spay/Neuter Vouchers* to income-qualified families with cats or dogs in need of fixing in Monongalia, Preston, and surrounding counties. If you're in need of spaying or neutering a pet and would like to apply for a voucher, please email us at fixit@homewardboundwv.org. *This program is grant-funded and vouchers are available as funds allow throughout the year.
